HAUS Headquarters: Giant Investment on the Path to Global Leadership
HAUS Makina San. Tic. A.Ş. continues its activities in its new headquarters designed in accordance with digital transformation, industry 4.0 and sustainable production requirements in line with its goal of becoming one of the world's top 3 centrifuge manufacturers. This 35 million Euro pioneering investment is more than just a production facility, it also represents our vision for the future and inspires us to reach new goals.
Highlights of Our New Headquarters
Located in Aydın ASTİM Organised Industrial Zone, this new facility with an open area of 100,000 sqm and a closed area of 68,500 sqm is one of the largest and most comprehensive investments in the region.
Operations are carried out seamlessly and efficiently with 2 administrative buildings with spacious offices and a factory building with state-of-the-art production equipment. It is also a fully integrated facility with support areas such as an independent modern cafeteria and social facilities.
The Science and Innovation Center, located on the same campus, is the hub of industry-leading studies with our approved R&D centre, laboratories and test areas.
With the solar power plant (SPP) established on the roof of our new headquarters, we prevented approximately 2150 tonnes of carbon emissions by investing 2.5 Mega Watt renewable energy in the first stage and we continue to manage our investments with our sustainable and environmentally friendly production approach.
With the relocation of all production, R&D and administrative activities to the new headquarters, the previous campus will be completely dedicated to after-sales service operations, thus providing one of the largest facilities in the industry for after-sales service operations.
With all these investments, innovative vision and dedicated efforts of our colleagues, we plan to reach 2 times the current production volume in our headquarters in the first 3 years and to exceed 3 times the current volume at the end of 5 years.
Impressive Statistics from our New Headquarters
-The 100.000 sqm area is the size of 14 football fields.
-A 50-storey skyscraper can be built with 6,000 tonnes of steel construction.
-9,750 KVA installed power can operate 65,000 street lights at the same time.
-67,000 sqm of facade and roof panels can cover the roofs of approximately 450 houses.
-6,500 sqm of office space is the size of 15 basketball courts.
-47 cranes with a capacity of 350 tonnes can lift 8 passenger planes at the same time.
-The 1.960 sqm paint shop is about the size of 8 tennis courts.
-With more than 6 tonnes of boron oil recovery, more than 50% recovery was achieved as a solid demonstration of our contribution to sustainability and environmentally friendly production.
-With its 8.000 sqm Science and Innovation Center, HAUS technology continues to be the pioneer of the sector.
