Pasteurized Egg Process
Egg is one of the most important foods of animal origin. It is possible to satisfy the daily need for most essential nutrients such as energy, protein, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals from egg. While it can be consumed alone it is also used as raw material in many sectors.

Demand for egg is increasing gradually because of increase of population and its extensive usage area. Pasteurized egg productions become more important every other day to satisfy the increasing demand.

In pasteurized egg production process the egg is cracked to remove the shell. Then yolk and white are pasteurized individually or as a mixture and released to the market in package.

Process Operation
In pasteurized egg production process, HAUS FBA series separators remove black spots and cracked shell residues in the egg content upon shell separation process. The product output from the separator is made ready for packaging upon pasteurization process.
