Coffee Extract and Coffee Oil Process
More than half of the coffee production in the world is released for consumption in form of soluble coffee. Instant coffee consumption is increasing gradually since it is prepared conveniently by simply being mixed with water and accordingly demand for instant coffee production is increasing. Requirement for production of low cost, sustainable, efficient and uniform quality products is becoming more important in instant coffee production.
Process
Upon blending and roasting processes coffee beans are ground and the product is extracted. Obtained coffee extract is cooled down and then fed in HAUS FBA series separators to remove the sediment. The product becomes 'Instant Coffee' upon evaporation and drying processes. Also, coffee residues which do not dissolve during initial extraction are pressed to extract the oil content and oil recovery is performed using decanter and separators.
