Beyond its 100,000 square meter modern manufacturing facility, HAUS sustains its stable growth with a sustainability-driven approach through its after-sales service network spanning 21,000 square meters across 12 locations worldwide.

Located at the very heart of our goal to become a leading producer of centrifuge technologies, the HAUS Science and Innovation Center operates within the HAUS Headquarters on an area of 8,000 square meters and stands at the core of all our activities. With advanced laboratories, more than 30 offices and workspaces, a 1,600 square meter modern test and prototype assembly area, a 1,800 square meter experience center, and over 750 square meters of storage space, the product development process from design to prototype assembly and testing is completed under a single roof, while HAUS continues to demonstrate its position as one of the rising values of Turkish industry.

Holding the status of an “Approved R&D Center” since September 3, 2015, the center continues its operations with a much stronger and multidisciplinary approach as a Science and Innovation Center, adding new successful projects every year. One of the most recent and powerful examples of these projects is Türkiye’s first national marine separator, launched in 2024 and now in serial production, continuing to prove HAUS strength and reliability in our seas. Another pioneering HAUS project currently under development is the new-generation decanter series, through which future decanter models are being equipped with design-registered bodies and frames, patented drum designs, and patented hydraulic lubrication systems to achieve higher efficiency, greater capacity, and faster operation.

With laboratories, offices, experience centers, prototype testing and assembly areas, and more than 50 R&D engineers, our center where research and development has been defined as a strategic priority since its establishment, aims to deliver reliable and innovative solutions while setting the future standards of industrial machinery and process technologies.

Our center continues to lead the sector through a multidisciplinary approach and holistic, pioneering efforts in product development and process improvement.

Through strategic memberships such as the European Hygienic Engineering and Design Group (EHEDG), ARGEMIP, KOMSAD, and TİYSAT, we actively contribute to the development of sectoral standards.

Through these collaborations, we develop solutions aligned with global criteria in process safety, hygienic design, energy efficiency, and sustainable manufacturing, continuously enhancing the quality, performance, and reliability of our industrial equipment. With our ongoing R&D investments, we continue to deliver numerous successful projects, one of which is the Air-Bearing Turbo Blower project developed within the scope of the National Technology Initiative, embodying HAUS’s digital transformation and Industry 4.0 compatible product development vision.








Experience Centers and Test Areas

The HAUS Science and Innovation Center features advanced experience centers for Olive Oil, Food, and Industrial applications, equipped with flexible and scalable pilot lines that enable the development and testing of prototypes under real operating conditions. In these experience centers where modern test units and real production conditions are simulated machine performance is analyzed on-site through actual production processes. Guided by 70 years of HAUS experience, and supported by advanced laboratories and dedicated test tracks, efficient and reliable solutions tested under all operating conditions continue to operate seamlessly across the world.





At the HAUS Science and Technology Center, integrated studies are carried out using a materials science–based engineering approach, combined with 3D additive manufacturing and 3D model scanning technologies for solutions across different sectors. Systems operating under high-speed and demanding process conditions are designed based on scientific data, supported by patents, technical reports, and academic publications. Thanks to 3D additive manufacturing technologies, complex geometries and functional design variants can be rapidly transformed into prototypes, significantly shortening product development timelines and enabling the swift implementation of solutions tailored to customer processes. Advanced 3D model scanning allows physical components to be transferred into the digital environment with high precision, providing significant advantages in reverse engineering, revision management, and product lifecycle optimization.



Advanced Technology and Equipment

The advanced technology equipment used in our center supports design, simulation, and performance testing. Strength and flow simulations are conducted using software such as SolidWorks and ANSYS, while comprehensive analyses including separation and content analysis, material and durability testing, microstructure and particle analysis are carried out in advanced laboratories. Product data management integration is ensured through systems such as PDM.

This infrastructure enhances HAUS’s capacity to develop innovative solutions and strengthens interdisciplinary collaboration.

We manage our overseas service in partnership with our service network all over the world and resolve our customers' spare parts and service requests in the fastest way possible.

You should pay attention to the maintenance and cleaning of your machine, make sure that the maintenance plan is fully implemented and make sure that the controls specified in the user's operating manual are carried out. During maintenance, you should pay attention to the use of original spare parts. While using your machine, attention should be paid to the errors and warnings on the user screen, it should be checked by observing that the operating parameters are in accordance with the given values.
