R&D POLICY
HAUS has been placing importance of R&D since its foundation. It encourages research and development in both product design, after sales services and production. It follows the changes, improves and updates itself in this respect. It owes this to its policy of continuously investing in knowledge and technology. Therefore, it can offer reliable products to its customers and provide them innovative solutions aimed as an output of this policy.
HAUS offers local solutions with the testing and trial units spread throughout the world and carries out researches at factory test center and laboratory. Featuring a multiple of disciplines such as chemistry, machinery, electronics, environment, food, industry, computing and mechatronics, such diversity at HAUS allows for developing different solutions and to offer the same solution to other sectors. It carries out projects with academicians from universities located either at home or abroad and continues to realize them.
Being aware of the fact that today is the era of Industry 4.0, "HAUS harmonizes its products and infrastructure with this era and continues to carry out improvements in this field every other day.
HAUS R&D Center in Figures:
Having started to progress in the path of innovation under title of "R&D Center" in September 3rd, 2015, R&D departments have completed hundreds of projects until today and have made use of various national and international R&D supports. It continues to operate with 22 researchers, 4 technicians and 1 support personnel now. Resembling a school with the training activities, HAUS R&D Center provides incentives for the higher education of its personnel.
It inspects machinery performance with 4 tests units and 3 mobile units in field studies, analyzes and carries out machinery improvements on site and using actual product; designs new machinery if necessary.
Solidworks program is used for design processes, Ansys programs are used for strength and flow analyses. Challenges to be experienced are anticipated with the simulation strength of these programs and the measures are determined through FMEA studies during design phase.
