HAUS After Sales Services department comprises Customer Services, Technical Services Sale, Technical Support, Workshop, Field Mechanical and Field Electrical departments. The supreme purpose of this organization is to realize an organization which can offer quality, reliable and fast service to our customers.

HAUS After Sale Services department is always in support and in service of our customers with its field team. Our technical team produces quality, reliable and quick solutions for our customers with genuine spare part warranty at our service workshop located in Aydın Astim Organized Industrial Estate and equipped with state-of-the-art systems.

Offering reliable and continuous service to its customers with the international dealer-service center network which can provide service throughout the world, HAUS takes sure steps toward becoming a world brand. We periodically organize trainings for ensuring quality, reliable and fast service concept at our workshop addressing the teams which are operating in international dealer-service network and the ones that are recently participated to the network. With the Technical Support Center established in HAUS After Sales Services department we can respond to the questions of our customers throughout Turkey and the world instantly.

We offer technical support, spare part and installation-commissioning services to the entire Europe with HAUS Europe and South East Asian countries with HAUS SEA in the industry and environment sectors; and to Italy, Spain and Portugal with HAUS MED and HAUS İberica in the olive sector, which are all our affiliates.

HAUS provides products and service to various applications at olive oil, food, environment, energy and industry sectors.
"Before the machines are unloaded from the vehicle or the container, the general control must be made, and the machines condition must be recorded with photographs or video if possible. The date, time and location of the damage should be noted. As soon as the damage is detected, a report must be signed by the driver of the vehicle, the number of damaged containers must be indicated on the CMR convention and the signature of the carrier must be taken. CMR insurance will then be activated. In case of shipment damages, the damage report prepared with the logistics company should be directed to HAUS, meanwhile, the relevant insurance expert should be informed immediately and act according to the expert's instructions. It should not be forgotten that you may have to pay material damages due to transactions that are not done correctly on time. You can contact the sales representative who has dealt with you at the order stage and send your request.
You must keep the delivery report provided to you during and after commissioning, the sales contract, the operating manual provided with the machine, the electrical project, the checklists prepared by HAUS during commissioning and the service commissioning report for future service and maintenance needs.
