Damage and failures that occur in our machinery due to design and failures that occur during installation and commissioning tasks performed by authorized service centers or technicians are covered by warranty of HAUS Makina San. Tic. A.Ş.

With the warranty tracking system we offer to our customers, semiannual and annual periodic maintenances ensure that our machinery perform continuously and properly during their operating lifespan. Such maintenances covered by warranty within the respective period in terms of spare part and workmanship.

Operating history of the recorded machinery, evaluation of performance values and downtimes that can be experienced by the customer are tracked and kept under control by the effective warranty tracking system and thus, it is ensured that the plant and process do not suffer from unexpected downtimes. With the scheduled maintenances we suggest to our customers, it is aimed to ensure active use of machinery within the warranty periods, and planning and control of the budget of our customers.

"Before the machines are unloaded from the vehicle or the container, the general control must be made, and the machines condition must be recorded with photographs or video if possible. The date, time and location of the damage should be noted. As soon as the damage is detected, a report must be signed by the driver of the vehicle, the number of damaged containers must be indicated on the CMR convention and the signature of the carrier must be taken. CMR insurance will then be activated. In case of shipment damages, the damage report prepared with the logistics company should be directed to HAUS, meanwhile, the relevant insurance expert should be informed immediately and act according to the expert's instructions. It should not be forgotten that you may have to pay material damages due to transactions that are not done correctly on time.
