Our air foil bearing turbo blower systems offer minimum energy consumption and maximum efficiency thanks to their oil-free operating principle and high-speed motor technology. They are designed for a wide range of applications, from wastewater treatment plants to industrial processes.
Air foil bearings operate without contact on the air film created by the rotor’s own rotation. This eliminates the need for lubrication, minimizes mechanical friction, and extends the system's lifespan.
The HAUS air foil bearing turbo blower combines high-speed centrifugal compressor technology with a contactless and completely oil-free operating principle. The system features a self-balancing design driven by the airflow generated during the rotor’s rotation and operates without mechanical contact.
When the blower is activated, a high-speed electric motor directly drives the impeller. Air is drawn from the intake line into the compressor inlet and accelerated by the impeller rotating at high speeds. In the diffuser section, this kinetic energy is converted into pressure, and the air is delivered to the process at the required pressure. This aerodynamic compression principle ensures high efficiency and low energy consumption.
During operation, the rotor remains balanced without contacting the surface thanks to the dynamic air pressure generated by its own movement. Thanks to this contactless structure, there is no need for a lubrication system, friction-related losses are eliminated, and mechanical wear is minimized. As a result, the system offers a simpler, cleaner, and more reliable operating structure.
Thanks to the variable frequency drive (VFD), the blower quickly adapts to varying flow rate and pressure requirements. This feature provides significant advantages in terms of energy optimization and stable air supply, especially in processes where load changes are frequent, such as wastewater treatment plants.

Centrifuge machines are high speed, therefore their maintenance and controls should be done on time. Planned maintenance activities extend the working life of the machines, ensure the continuity of your process and prevent unforeseen breakdown that may occur in the future due to usage error or normal use. For this reason, we recommend you to make a planned maintenance agreement. If you submit your request, our After Sales Services department will contact you for the most appropriate maintenance agreement for your process and needs.
After your machine arrives, the first thing to do is to open the packaging of the machine and check whether there is any damage or deficiency on it. The equipment you have delivered should be kept in a closed and safe environment away from moisture, heat, and humid environments. To be sure that the documents such as usage, operating manual, electrical project sent to you with the machine will not be lost, you should make sure that you secure such documents. You should make sure that the set of tools are correct and complete, and that you keep such tools in a suitable place for use when necessary. You should contact the project department for installation and after your installation is complete, you should contact HAUS After Sales Services for commissioning.
During the guarantee period, if the scheduled maintenance of your product is not carried out on time by the authorized service, any damage due to breakdown may cause your product to be evaluated beyond the scope of the warranty. To prevent this situation, planned maintenance of your product is recommended to be done on time.
