High Polyphenol Olive Oil Production Plant has been specially designed considering the important factors of air, water, temperature, light and hygiene in order to produce high quality olive oil with high polyphenol value.

HAUS Centrifuge Decanters are used to take free oil in olive paste under high centrifugal force at maximum quality. Decanters, consist of a horizontally rotating bowl that is bedded on both sides on a main frame and a scroll conveyor that provides continuous discharge of the solid phase separated in the bowl. In the decanter used in the High Polyphenol Olive Oil Production Plant series, the difference speed between the drum and the spiral is adjusted by means of a belt pulley.

    The malaxer is generally formed by the combination of chamber groups that have the same volume as each other. Each chamber contains a mixer, driven by a constant speed gear motor and specially designed to knead and mix the olive paste precisely: The aim is to ensure a homogeneous temperature distribution and free oil droplets to come together. Each chamber has a closed circuit water jacket to keep the olive paste at the desired temperature level. The water is circulated by a pump controlled according to the temperature sensor values to maintain the temperature level. A sight glass allows visual inspection of the pulp condition inside each chamber. All parts of the malaxer that come into contact with the product are manufactured using stainless steel and food grade material. The malaxer is connected to the main control panel which has a touch panel and / or a display to easily view and control the main process parameters.

  • It makes the mass ready for oil extraction by ensuring that the olive paste coming out from the crusher is mixed and kneaded for a certain period of time.
  • The temperature of the water circulating in the water jacket of each compartment can be adjusted separately, and the olive paste temperatures in each compartment can be controlled as needed.
  • Thanks to the pneumatically controlled valve, it ensures that the selected chamber is automatically transferred to the decanter feed pump.

    The Olive Crusher performs the first process step required to extract oil from the olive. It crushes the olives into dough. The way the olive crushes is very important as it will affect the organoleptic properties of the oil.

  • The sensor on the cover helps prevent possible work accidents by preventing the breaker from working while it is open

    Washing Machine is designed to clean olives from materials such as sand, soil, etc. and to separate other foreign parts (stone, metal, plastic). All equipment is made of stainless steel. It is controlled from the washing section of the main control panel.
  • Foreign substances accumulated in the washing chamber are automatically discharged.
  • Olives are washed without harming their flesh and afterwards they are efficiently purified from their water thanks to the vibrating sieve.
  • The remaining water particles are also removed by the air drying system.

    The Olive Conveyor Belt performs the duty of removing the leaves from the olives while being transferred to the washing section. It is equipped with a hopper in which the olives are poured, a belt mounted frame which carries the olives to the washing section and a defoliator. Hopper has a special geometry that prevents the accumulation of olives. The material of the band is made of a single piece of rubber in accordance with the International Food Regulation. A special brush attached to the belt frame provides automatic cleaning of the belt, increasing the lifetime of the belt by cleaning the sludge, especially with the extremely dirty olives.
  • Thanks to its speed-adjustable conveyor band feature, it provides more efficient cleaning of olives of different dirtiness and sizes.
  • With the driver-controlled valve system under the bunker, the amount of olives to be transported can be adjusted, the continuity of the transfer is ensured, and the staff are prevented from constantly waiting at the machine.
  • A long life is offered with an automatic system that ensures the cleaning of the band and a solid band made of rubber in accordance with the International Food Regulation.
  • The leaf separator with adjustable suction power provides more efficient separation.
  • It is completely made of stainless steel.
