HAUS After Sales Services department comprises Customer Services, Technical Services Sale, Technical Support, Workshop, Field Mechanical and Field Electrical departments.

Our specialist technical team frequently visits our customers and carries out checks and performs preventive maintenance operations. We also perform scheduled periodical maintenance tasks and resolve emergency failure circumstances by providing on-site intervention. At our service workshop established within our headquarters and equipped with state-of-the-art systems we produce fast, lasting and suitable solutions for our customers with our technical team that is specialized in its field.

Mechanical conditions and operating performance of our customers' plants can be periodically checked through service agreements. Schedules maintenance and changes according to the process conditions minimize the downtimes significantly and can increase the production capacity. For that purpose, we provide maintenance-repair service by ensuring synchronization with the maintenance processes of our customers. Our customer services department tracks maintenance schedule of the machinery in a systematical manner and we contact with the customers prior to the scheduled maintenance.

With the performance of maintenance-repair operations according to the schedule machinery operation is realized without failure and operating costs are kept under control. Upon the survey carried out by our technical team specialized in maintenance-repair processes we determine the tasks to be carried out during preventive maintenance and periodical maintenance. Thus, we can prevent additional conditions which may occur during maintenance and keep the downtime periods under control to prevent violation of the planned duration.

Also, in order to prevent halting of the plant in the case that machinery are delivered to the workshop for maintenance-repair we ensure process continuity to help the plants to resume operation. Downtimes are avoided by tracking process continuity and performing maintenance works on time according to the scheduled maintenance period. Additionally, substitute spare part or machinery are supplied for ensuring continuity of process equipment operation depending on availability.

After your machine arrives, the first thing to do is to open the packaging of the machine and check whether there is any damage or deficiency on it. The equipment you have delivered should be kept in a closed and safe environment away from moisture, heat, and humid environments. To be sure that the documents such as usage, operating manual, electrical project sent to you with the machine will not be lost, you should make sure that you secure such documents. You should make sure that the set of tools are correct and complete, and that you keep such tools in a suitable place for use when necessary. You should contact the project department for installation and after your installation is complete, you should contact HAUS After Sales Services for commissioning.

"Before the machines are unloaded from the vehicle or the container, the general control must be made, and the machines condition must be recorded with photographs or video if possible. The date, time and location of the damage should be noted. As soon as the damage is detected, a report must be signed by the driver of the vehicle, the number of damaged containers must be indicated on the CMR convention and the signature of the carrier must be taken. CMR insurance will then be activated. In case of shipment damages, the damage report prepared with the logistics company should be directed to HAUS, meanwhile, the relevant insurance expert should be informed immediately and act according to the expert's instructions. It should not be forgotten that you may have to pay material damages due to transactions that are not done correctly on time.
