Citrus Fruit Processes
Citrus fruit processes differ from standard fruit juice processes. Products and a number of byproducts such as concentrated fruit juice, essential oils, pectin, alcohol, natural aromas and cloudiness substance can be obtained from citrus fruit.


Process
Citrus Fruit Juice Processes Raw material (citrus fruit) delivered to the plant is transferred to the extractor following the preliminary check and fruit juice and zest-pulp are separated there. The obtain fruit juice contains a certain amount of pulp. Although certain amount of pulp is separated by the finisher such is not sufficient. Separation of pulp and fruit juice is performed by using HAUS DDF decanters and FBA cleaning separators and the obtained fruit juice can be concentrated through evaporation if desired.
