  • To identify, assess, and effectively control food safety hazards across all our design, production, assembly, sales, after-sales services, and related processes, ensuring hygienic design principles and oxidation risk control in olive oil processing, safeguarding aroma and product integrity through process safety in fruit juice applications, and securing effective microbiological risk management together with robust CIP (Cleaning-in-Place) sanitation practices in milk and dairy processing,
  • Ensuring full compliance with the requirements of the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System and applicable national and international legal regulations,
  • Requiring and maintaining compliance with food safety requirements in supplier and outsourced processes,
  • Continuously providing training and awareness activities to enhance employees’ food safety awareness, and ensuring the necessary leadership, resources, and support for effective implementation and sustainability,
  • Using customer feedback effectively to improve food safety performance, with customer satisfaction as a core principle,
  • Conducting risk assessments by considering the potential impacts of climate change on raw material supply, production conditions, energy consumption, environmental risks, and food safety,
  • Taking measures to reduce risks through efficient use of resources, waste reduction, and control of environmental impacts,
    Regularly monitoring, measuring, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).

"Before the machines are unloaded from the vehicle or the container, the general control must be made, and the machines condition must be recorded with photographs or video if possible. The date, time and location of the damage should be noted. As soon as the damage is detected, a report must be signed by the driver of the vehicle, the number of damaged containers must be indicated on the CMR convention and the signature of the carrier must be taken. CMR insurance will then be activated. In case of shipment damages, the damage report prepared with the logistics company should be directed to HAUS, meanwhile, the relevant insurance expert should be informed immediately and act according to the expert's instructions. It should not be forgotten that you may have to pay material damages due to transactions that are not done correctly on time.
