Company employees, dealers and suppliers observe or witness, regarding the company or their own interests, hidden or open threats and dangers, non-compliance with corporate business principles, mobbing, financial losses and leakages, conflicts of interest between superiors and employees, etc. They can report any negativities that they think are against ethical values through the ethics line.
With this system, you can make a report without introducing yourself. Notifications are received and processed in accordance with personal data protection principles. You can submit your notifications by filling out the notification form below or by sending a letter, e-mail or phone call to our contact addresses. Your notifications will be forwarded to the Haus Ethics Committee Committee. We strongly recommend that you share a phone number and/or email address where we can reach you. Maximum attention will be paid to the confidentiality of the information you provide.
Paying attention to the following points will ensure that your notification is reviewed on a priority basis.
1. A clear and concise explanation of the events subject to notification
2. Providing evidence, supporting documents and witnesses
3. Nicknames, direct language use instead of insinuations
4. ...expressing allegations with expressions that contain a level of certainty and certainty, such as "I witnessed", "I know", "it is said as gossip", "I have a strong suspicion", "I suspect".
5. Sharing valid contact information so that auditors can contact us when necessary

1. Disciplinary investigations and legal proceedings may be initiated against whistleblowers against reports based on lies and slander, with the intent to defame or disparage.
