Boiler
The hot water supply is provided by the heating boiler. Heating unit is consisted of hopper for pomace supply with electric motor fan, boiler, electrical panel. Boilers are manufactured with fully welded construction, semi-cylindrical steel body and special boiler pipes.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The gases generated as a result of combustion in the furnace section are conveyed from the back of the furnace through the flame pipes to the smoke box.The heat gained is transferred to the water by passing through the pipes. The hot gases which complete the combustion in the second pass fill in the smoke box in the third pass and get rid of from the chimney. Fuel is fed to the boiler automatically with the bunker screw. After setting the temperature, hot water is automatically supplied to the system without touching it. System uses solid fuels like dry pomace and pomace seed. In solid fuel boilers, high combustion efficiency is achieved which cannot be achieved in conventional coal boilers. The water heating boiler is equipped with a fan as standard. The fan is capable of providing the air required for complete combustion.
