Washer
It is a machine designed for the washing of the olives and cleaning it from the sand, soil etc. and seperate the leaves, branches and other foreign particles (stone, metal, plastic) which are collected during harvesting. The Olive Washer consists of a large stainless steel body with a water tank and a vibrating screen. All equipments are made of stainless steel. It is controlled from the washing section of the external control panel. It is also available as an option with a defoliator, designed to seperate light objects such as leaves and twigs, and a distributive belt to regulate the olive flow.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
The Olive Washer undertakes the task of washing the olives with water without providing any damage to the physical properties of the olives. The machine is completely made of stainless steel. Olives are poured into the water-filled tank with the help of distributive belt, and the first washing takes place. Olives float on the water while foreign particles, heavier than olives, settles at the bottom of the water tank. The foreign particles are carried out with the help of screw conveyor to ensure that the water remains clean, while the accumulation of foreign particles to the next stage is automatically prevented. The olives are then conveyed to the vibrating screen to drain off the water. It is then, by the means of vibrating screen, delivered to the Crusher Elevator. The foreign particles such as stone, metal, plastic, olive waste etc. in the water tank is carried outside by the sludge discharge screw so that the water in the tank remains clean. Circulation pump allows water to be circulated repeatedly, ensuring continuity of washing.
