BlogHAUS olive oil separators are specially designed for olive oil separation with high efficiency regardless of olive quality. They can also be used for the polishing of other oils, such as avocado oil and crude seed oils.
The new generation V series separators which are produced with the latest innovations in separation technology are specially designed for olive oil separation. The new generation VBA separators are fully automatic separators with suitable for cleaning in place (CIP); it offers low energy consumption and high separation efficiency with its special design and high centrifugal forces.
HAUS olive oil separators separate blackwater and solid particles from olive oil quickly, gently and without heating. Olive oil is gently processed under high hygiene conditions and maximum efficiency is achieved thanks to its advanced properties.
The main differences that distinguish the new generation V Series HAUS olive oil separators from other separator models are as follows;
- High Rotational Speed: generating a huge centrifugal force, thanks to quality material and mechanics.
- Product Inlet and Accelerator: with advanced shapes to avoid shear stress, emulsion, foaming.
- Strict Hygienic Configuration: all contact surfaces in food grade material, extensive use of stainless steel, shaping and fine machining to avoid product deposits, and an optional CIP system.
- Easy Drive: VFD for smooth start and stops without friction clutch and with lowest possible energy consumption, PLC for automatic control of centrifuge separation and CIP sequence, HMI to adjust operational parameters and to monitor alarms.
- Olive Oil Accessories: specially designed by HAUS, such as buffer tank, clean oil collection tank with transfer pump, CIP system, flow control accessories, are available on request to customize a complete Olive Oil Separation Group.
