What is DDE Series?

The DDE Series Decanter Centrifuge features a horizontal rotating bowl with 2-phase configuration, continuous discharge of sludge through a scrolling conveyor system, and a dual-drive design with variable differential speed. This advanced system ensures optimal separation efficiency and consistent performance across diverse wastewater treatment applications.

Application Areas

The DDE Series has been specifically designed by HAUS for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants, as well as potable water treatment facilities. The decanter centrifuge effectively extracts the largest number of suspended solids from water, while simultaneously increasing sludge dryness, resulting in reduced disposal costs.

During the guarantee period, if the scheduled maintenance of your product is not carried out on time by the authorized service, any damage due to breakdown may cause your product to be evaluated beyond the scope of the warranty. To prevent this situation, planned maintenance of your product is recommended to be done on time. "Before the machines are unloaded from the vehicle or the container, the general control must be made, and the machines condition must be recorded with photographs or video if possible. The date, time and location of the damage should be noted. As soon as the damage is detected, a report must be signed by the driver of the vehicle, the number of damaged containers must be indicated on the CMR convention and the signature of the carrier must be taken. CMR insurance will then be activated. In case of shipment damages, the damage report prepared with the logistics company should be directed to HAUS, meanwhile, the relevant insurance expert should be informed immediately and act according to the expert's instructions. It should not be forgotten that you may have to pay material damages due to transactions that are not done correctly on time.
