Ethics Line
-
Company employees, dealers, and suppliers can submit notifications via the ethics line regarding all kinds of negativities they deem contrary to ethical values, such as mobbing, material loss and leakage, conflicts of interest between superiors, subordinates, and employees, and non-compliance with corporate business principles, concerning threats and dangers, confidential or open, that they have observed or witnessed related to the company or their own interests.
With this system, you can report anonymously without introducing yourself. Notifications are received and processed in accordance with the principles of personal data protection. You can submit your notifications by filling out the complaint form below or via letter, email, and phone call to our contact addresses. Your notifications will be forwarded to the Haus Ethics Board Committee. We strongly recommend that you share a phone number and/or email address where we can reach you. Maximum care will be taken regarding the confidentiality of the information you provide.
Paying attention to the following points will ensure that your notification is examined with priority.
1. Clear and concise explanation of the incidents subject to the complaint
2. Submission of evidence, supporting documents, and witnesses
3. Use of direct language instead of nicknames or insinuations
4. Expressing claims with phrases containing certainty and degree of conviction, such as... "I witnessed", "I know", "it is said as a rumor", "I have strong suspicions", "I suspect" 5. Sharing valid contact information for auditors to communicate if necessary
Warnings
1. Disciplinary investigation and legal action may be initiated against whistleblowers for complaints based on lies and slander, with the purpose of defaming or discrediting.
2. Before submitting your ethics application, you can read the `Ethics Board Regulation` and the Ethics Line Illumination Text.
