The olive conveyor belt is equipped with a speed control system that prevents the olives from jamming and bruising. This system ensures gentle handling of the olives and helps to maintain quality.
Washing and Drying: The Importance of Purity
The washing system cleans the olives of pesticides and impurities, while the drying system reduces water droplets on the olives. This ensures that drier olives are sent to the crusher and thus contributes greatly to improving quality.
Crusher: Maximum Preservation of Health Ingredients
Useful volatile fatty acids are produced during the crushing process in the early stages of the process, the rest during the kneading process in the malaxator. The use of a knife crusher maximizes the exposure of these high health constituents in olives, while the speed control in the crusher allows the balance of fruitiness, bitterness and burning to be adjusted to the desired level.
