"Why did I want to win? Because I didn't want to lose," said Max Scgmelling. In fact, it's a quote that takes a single breath of your time while reading, but contains many meanings when you dig deeper, isn't it?

The famous German boxer said a quote that coincides with employee motivation and loyalty, which is one of the branches we reach out to as the Human Resources Department. Employee motivation and engagement is considered one of the most important elements of modern human resources strategies, and even if the right candidate has been selected, it is an important chess move to increase the candidate's belonging to the company.

Business is a challenging chess game. Every move you make wrong brings you one step closer to defeat. This is precisely why we maintain our employee motivation and loyalty policy with our motto "because we care", take steps to make them feel valuable and generate new ideas to increase the number of steps.

I can almost hear you asking what we are doing while doing this. We are working on this and similar new practices and expanding our motivation and engagement policy framework with the contributions of our Chief Executive Officer Mr. Hakkı Gözlüklü. We would like to share with you some of the practices we are actively pursuing;

 We continued our work from home practice, which entered our lives with the pandemic, and increased it from 2 days a month to 1 day a week.

 We present gold and send garlands to our employees who get married.

 For the children of our employees who have just opened their eyes to life, we present gift vouchers from e-bebek and send our welcome flower.

 For our veteran employees who have worked for 15 years or more at HAUS and their spouses, we present a 3 nights and 4 days vacation, the time of which they choose themselves.

 In order to meet our newly recruited staff, to convey our vision and goals to them, and to emphasize what their work at HAUS serves, we meet at the breakfast organization organized under the leadership of our General Manager in charge of Operations, Mr. İbrahim Akman.

 We organize a military dinner for our employees who will fulfill their patriotic duty.

 Disabled personnel working in our company are given 1 day off during the disability week to participate in the association organization and this leave is not deducted from their salary.

 We provide discounts for our employees by making agreements with companies serving in different sectors.

 We give gift vouchers every year before Eid al-Fitr.

 We send a congratulatory message to our employees on their seniority anniversary.

 Every year we give gift packages for the New Year.

 We organize different organizations and social responsibility projects every year on "Women's Day".

 We celebrate each employee's birthday with cake and drinks.

 We present plaques and gifts to employees who have completed their 5th and 10th years of service.

 We make "Workbench Payments" for our employees working at workbenches that require special competence.

 We organize in-house trainings for our employees who need English training.

 We grant administrative leave to our employees pursuing a master's degree to support their education.

 We strengthen our communication through Employee Assembly meetings.

Planned maintenance activities extend the working life of the machines, ensure the continuity of your process and prevent unforeseen breakdown that may occur in the future due to usage error or normal use. For this reason, we recommend you to make a planned maintenance agreement. If you submit your request, our After Sales Services department will contact you for the most appropriate maintenance agreement for your process and needs.
