It is a well-known fact in industrial psychology that working in a balanced work-social life order indirectly affects brand value positively. In the scope of our principle of giving value, we care about the time each employee spends for themselves and their families, and we know that vigorous and happy employees will produce with higher efficiency. From this perspective, we made changes in our working hours in line with the feedback we received from performance feedbacks, employee satisfaction surveys, and the Assembly of Employees. Within the scope of the working hours regulation related to the Labour Law, we now work 40 hours a week instead of 45 hours.
