The program of the healthy life camp, included topics such as the relationship between stress and hormones in life, the importance of holistic health, the importance of water in the journey of vitality from the inside out, the types of nutrition in the science of healthy and long-lasting life, the importance of achieving a strong spine and body, the 9 codes of feminine awakening and the activation of power centers, which address health as a physical and spiritual whole. During the camp, which was enriched with valuable expert dieticians, cardiologists and writers, Özden Gözlüklü Saka, HAUS Board Member and founder of Defnelia olive ixir, explained the benefits and production processes of high polyphenol olive oil to the participants.
