The year 2023 started with a high growth target for us, the excitement of our new company in Europe and the intense pace of our new campus. Of course, it is impossible to forget the earthquake disaster that shook us all deeply. Affecting 10 cities, the earthquake unfortunately took many lives. We, both as HAUS and each of our employees individually, contacted our citizens in need as much as we could, and stood by our state with all our means. We provided support to our customers in the earthquake region as much as we could, anticipating that the problems caused by the earthquake would lead to a decrease in total economic activity. However, this is of course not a destruction that can be repaired in 6 months, so we continue to actively continue our support. On the other hand, we see that there are still many lessons we need to learn from this occasion. An earthquake is a natural event, but the impact of its consequences is directly proportional to the measures we take. I wish for a future where we accept this natural reality, from which we cannot escape due to our geography, as soon as possible and build our cities accordingly.

First of all, I would like to share a good news; As HAUS Makine, we have accepted our brand in global markets with the support of the Turquality® / Brand program and we have accelerated our growth and increased employment regularly every year. I am happy to announce that this time we are included in a higher program, Namely the Turquality® support program. We believe that we will make faster progress in carrying the HAUS brand to much better points in the global market with the support of Turquality®, the world's first and only state-sponsored branding program. I would also like to thank our team for successfully managing this challenging process.

For us, 2023 is a year in which we aim for 30% growth, and in which we carry out many different issues with the same discipline under the same goal. Let's explain this a little more; we are adopting sustainable growth targets in order to further expand our ever-expanding export volume, especially in the global market, and to maintain our competitive advantage. Thanks to our expanding base in existing markets, the process-specific solutions we offer to increase operational efficiency, our R&D activities to which we allocate more resources, and the steps we take to further strengthen our brand value, we set our targets with a bold yet grounded vision. We continue our efforts to increase our global presence, which we see as an integral part of this vision, without slowing down. We established our HAUS IBERIA company in Spain, one of the major players in the olive oil market.. Since March 2023, we have already participated in EXPOLIVA, one of the most important fairs in the sector. This presence, which excites us very much, is an important indicator that our competitive advantage will increase even further. Moreover, the growth in our production volume will help us to benefit from economies of scale, increase operational efficiency and offer cost advantages. As a result of our increased profitability, the welfare of our employees will increase as a concrete manifestation of our "Caring" rule.

On the other hand, we are moving to our new production facility, which is positioned as a 360-degree campus. This is a huge area the size of 14 football fields, prepared according to Industry 4.0 and digital transformation. In addition to this size, we are installing GES (solar energy system) on our roof, especially considering the impact of solar energy on sustainability in the architectural and construction processes. By investing in 2.5 Mega Watt renewable energy in the first stage in the power plant, we will prevent approximately 2,150 tons of carbon emissions annually. We plan to supply 100% of our energy consumption from renewable sources with GES (solar energy system), so we will meet our electricity consumption from green energy. This is very important for us, because we always state that we are an environmentally friendly company. This is a very good example of how our words and actions match. In the future, we will adapt to digital transformation in line with the age here, and evolve into a structure that provides services using technologies such as data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence and the internet of things. Our 35% growth target is shaped by all these strategic moves.

The process of moving to our new factory continues actively. I would like to thank all our teams in this process, because with a detailed transition plan and strict follow-up, we did not disrupt our current production and even increased it. As of the current situation, we are about to complete our 2023 orders and we have started to accept delivery orders for 2024. This is exactly the success we aimed for. Thanks to the meticulous preparations and controls of our employees, we manage technical operations that include many sensitive management such as disassembly, proper packaging, inspection and commissioning of our machines before transportation, with minimum time and work loss. On the customer relations side, we take all precautions regarding delivery times. As we always state, the satisfaction of our customers is our priority under all circumstances.

We continue to optimize our business processes with our principle of "move, travel, analyze and complete on the spot", which we call Motad'llama. We also review and improve our strategies every week by aligning our OKR (Objectives and Key Results) activities with our strategic goals. Thanks to the strategies we have developed in advance, we have become more resilient to possible economic fluctuations and contractions in the global economy. We are prepared for all challenges and we are confident that we will achieve our growth target.

In the last two quarters of 2023, we hope to continue to grow and sustain our success with an increasing volume. I would like to thank our valued companions, our customers and all my teammates, and wish us all a year full of success.

After your machine arrives, the first thing to do is to open the packaging of the machine and check whether there is any damage or deficiency on it. The equipment you have delivered should be kept in a closed and safe environment away from moisture, heat, and humid environments. To be sure that the documents such as usage, operating manual, electrical project sent to you with the machine will not be lost, you should make sure that you secure such documents. You should make sure that the set of tools are correct and complete, and that you keep such tools in a suitable place for use when necessary.
