Hi,
I am Günay Karaaba, working as Centrifuge Machines Assembly Operator. I was born in 1990 in Aydın. I am married and mother of 1 child.
I met HAUS through vocational courses. After completing my 6-month training, which I started as an assembly operator, I started to work at HAUS. It is very valuable for me to be able to show both myself and my environment that a woman can also work in my department and that she can achieve anything when she puts effort into it willingly. Although it has been 8 months since I met HAUS, I am very happy with the support I have received from the course process and the care shown to female employees. I am proud to be part of a company that is open to improvement, managed with a visionary and valued perspective. Many thanks to all my colleagues and HAUS family, especially to my team leaders and managers.
