ONE OF US: Ayşe Seviç
I am Ayşe Sevinç. I was born in Guzelbeyli Village in Karacasu District of Aydin on March 25, 1977. I am married and a mother of two. I joined HAUS in January 2011.
While serving tea for 40-50 during my first years, I serve for 130 people only at our administrative departments now. We did have a limited shuttle routes beforehand, but now, we can get on the shuttle almost without the need for walking. Besides, the number of gifts and promotions we received during the year considerably increased.
Apart from work, my family and I take care of our fig and olive oil gardens. I have created a small hobby garden of my own at home. It has been an ideal activity to spend my time, especially during the quarantine period.
During my time at HAUS, it has been an unforgettable memory for me that we had guests from South Korea at the company, I was stressed about how to get the orders since I cannot speak English. But I managed to get the service very successfully with body language and not to embarrass us. When I look back now, it is a funny story to tell each other and laugh at.
HAUS has been a family for me for 10 years. I also felt that I have been cared for and that become a part of the family here. I would like to thank all my employers, managers and colleagues during this process.
