1-Can you briefly introduce yourselves and company?

Hello, I my name is Mert ER. I am the manager of Mudanya/Çepni olive oil production facility of Behçetoğulları Gıda San. Ltd. Şti. company. Our company started to operate in Mudanya district of Bursa in 1998 in the olive sector. We opened our Gemlik branch in 2009 and olive oil production facility in Çepni village, 2012 and have continued our activities. We have laid the foundation of our second olive oil production facility as of 2020.

2-How did you meet HAUS?

We met HAUS due to olive oil production line that we purchased upon recommendations of the leaders in the sector when we first opened our facility in 2011. Then, we noticed that we were satisfied with HAUS company and its machinery. So we preferred HAUS brand in 2017 again and purchased OLIVEMAX PRO +33 model. We use our machinery without any trouble.


3-Why, where and how is HAUS Machinery used in your facility?

HAUS machinery is used in our facility for olive oil production. Machinery separates olives from olive seeds and converts them into olive oil within 2 hours. Then, oil is filtered and prepared for our tables.

4-Why HAUS? What are the advantages you get with HAUS?

First of all, HAUS is a company that follows technology closely. If you use HAUS, you know that you are in the farthest position in the sector and this gives confidence. The advantages we get with HAUS are mainly trouble-free machinery. Apart from this, olive oil production is seasonal. Sometimes hours may be important in the season. There is a team that provides you technical support whenever you want whether night, day, weekend. Technical team can come to your facility and solve your problem even for the tiniest problem. Therefore, we can continue to produce with reliability without aggrieving our customers and facing troubles within the season.


5-Would you like to add something about the season and sector?

It is required to increase the importance in olive oil and raise awareness of our citizens on olive oil. Compared to the past, importance and support in olive oil production in our country have increased. I would like to extend my thanks to everyone who contributed.

"Before the machines are unloaded from the vehicle or the container, the general control must be made, and the machines condition must be recorded with photographs or video if possible. The date, time and location of the damage should be noted. As soon as the damage is detected, a report must be signed by the driver of the vehicle, the number of damaged containers must be indicated on the CMR convention and the signature of the carrier must be taken. CMR insurance will then be activated. In case of shipment damages, the damage report prepared with the logistics company should be directed to HAUS, meanwhile, the relevant insurance expert should be informed immediately and act according to the expert's instructions.
