I was born in Germany on 14, March,1978. I am the third child in my family. I have two older sisters and a younger sister. I had my education in Germany until the eighth grade. I completed my eighth grade in Tokat, Erbaa and then I went to Aydın High School. We have a daughter and a son with my wife who supports me for everything. I have great pleasure in being with my family, spending time with them and travelling. My working life with HAUS started in 2008 as a Private Security Guard. I worked in that position for eight years. Although the security companies changed, HAUS has always considered us to be in the family and that has always made me pleased. For a change in my working life, in HAUS again, I decided to start as a trainee of UMEM CNC operator organized by İŞKUR. I discussed this issue with Mr. İbrahim and Ms. Saadet from HR department. Our former production manager Mr. Kubilay and shift superintendent Mr. Ömer gave a favourable opinion and supported me. After completing the course successfully, I started to work for HAUS. I learned the job in a short time at 2-axis as a CNC operator. During that time, my friends, Abdullah Doğancı, Oğuzcan Aksakal, Bekir Aydın and Fatih Marangoz helped me a lot to learn the job. According to the new law, I needed to have a professional document for my job. Because UMEM certificate was not found enough by the law, I took a professional competency exam. I passed this exam in the first place in the company. As I proved success and improved myself, I started to work at 5-axis. This was new experience for me. Now I learned the job, and I am working successfully by improving myself. I was among the five who made the most progress. By a draw, I grabbed a chance to attend DMG Mori fair which was going to take place in Germany. Thanks to HAUS, it was incredible for me to be able to go to Germany after 18 years. What I experienced in my working life taught me this: It is never too late to learn. I learned this job at the age of 37. One can accomplish anything. My aim is to be a model for our young friends who are new-comers to the company and help them. I would like to thank our production manager İbrahim Özdemir, our shift superintendent Erkan Balaban, Ömer Güner, Ejder Nicar and my workmates in the production a lot, who all supported me for everything. I can see how we have grown since 2008, the year when I became a part of HAUS and, as our General Director Mr. Hakkı says, we have become a world brand.
