Can you give us some information about your company?
In 2017, we, Deveciler Olive Cultivation Agriculture Products Production Industry And Trade Limited Company, began to operate as olive brine and olive oil production plant
How did you meet HAUS?
We met HAUS in Olivtech fair in İzmir in 2016. What do you think about HAUS? As the company, we had been trading brine olives for about five years and in parallel with this, we also wanted to be in olive oil production sector. For this reason, before choosing machines, we attended Olivtech Olive, Olive Oil, Dairy Products, Wine and Technologies Fair and wanted to learn more about olive oil extraction plant and machines exhibited there. At that fair, authorized people and sales teams of the producer companies which manufactured machines for establishing olive oil factories gave us an essential demonstration. We had a chance to compare those companies manufacturing machines and after a while HAUS Sales Engineer Mr. Halil İbrahim gave us detailed information on the machines. After the fair, he called and visited me, toured our plant, asked us what we thought about the product exhibited at the fair and retold us the product comprehensively. After he had seen our extensive substructure, he created awareness and influenced us to choose HAUS brand.
Where is HAUS used at the plant?
We use HAUS for olive oil extraction to meet people’s needs in Osmaniye and the region around and to provide quality service.
Why HAUS?
After the fair, in the season, I visited nearly all the olive oil plants operating in the region. After my impressions in those places, we decided to choose HAUS. We can put my impressions and the reasons why we chose HAUS under two headings:
a- Plant owners’ opinions about the machines they use
b- Olive producers’ opinions who have come for oil extraction. After all the research, we had positive impressions for both headings. As a result, we decided to hire a machine for a season. In the 2017 season, our general customer satisfaction was at the top. That is why we decided on HAUS for our machine and brand choice. This season, we ordered two machines and we do hope that we will continue with HAUS by buying machines instead of hiring them.
