MAXCLEAN BACTERIA
MAXCLEAN BACTERIA is a centrifugal separator configured as a clarifier, for cleaning bacteria in milk, with high quality stainless steel material, centripetal pump, automatic partial and total discharge and ready for cleaning in place(CIP). Its purpose is to remove the solid impurities, either organic or not organic, before the milk processing taking place. MAXCLEAN BACTERIA reduces the number of spores and total bacteria count in the milk with high efficiency, resulting in a longer shelf life and higher product quality.

MAXCLEAN BACTERIA is delivered as a skid, mounted on a platform and cabled with its own cabinet. Thanks to its recirculating pump and superior design to feed the milk to inlet, it is effective in cleaning aerobic and anaerobic spores as well as bacteria and somatic cells. Depending on the temperature, the MAXCLEAN BACTERIA;

Can reduce the total number of bacteria in the product at a rate of 70%-90% percent

Can reduce the aerobic spores in the product at a rate of 90% or more

Can reduce the anaerobic spores in the product at a rate of 98% or more

Can reduce the somatic cells in the product by 95% resulting in higher product quality and longer shelf life.
