When looking back, we determined 436 technical courses, developed remote training platform, provided trainings in 6 departments at blue collar level, confirmed employment of 64 employees by managing on-the-job training program supported by İŞKUR for five times and contributed to knowledge of our employees by opening 22 private courses. We are entering 2022 with firm steps thanks to our justified pride.
HAUS CAREER DAYS
Our company carries out employment operations in various fields. It carries the flag in front in many events. We, as the training department struggle to provide support for our departments where these operations are carried out actively and introduce HAUS to young generations. “HAUS Career Days” organized in ADU was a very good example of such operation. We have worked with technical departments of ADU in various fields at close intervals since their establishment. These fields include activities such as projects of TUBITAK, intern student practices, private lessons, academic member consultations, etc. Therefore, we are in contact and conversation with academic members.
While we were introducing training activities of HAUS to our instructor Erdoğan Pireli who is an academic member in VSHE during an interview: “Please let us visit your classes and explain the students that education is not only limited to university, will continue throughout the business life and development is so important in human’s life. And let us introduce training practices of HAUS.” we said.
He welcomed this matter and turned the light on to realize this by discussing with the school management immediately. He called on the last days of December and said joyfully: “We allocated the biggest Maiandros hall of ADU for you on January 7th at 14.00-17.00”. Our idea to meet the young in a class environment and explain training activities of HAUS should have been expanded with a big hall and time and turned into a great event with introduction of many departments. Upon our consultations within ourselves, we planned that this organization would be organized as “HAUS Career Days” and departments would be introduced with presentations at general manager level and bilateral discussions would be made within the frame of university-industry cooperation. On January 7th, history of HAUS was explained under my presentation; then İbrahim Akman, our Operation General Manager mentioned about our manufacturing stages; Tuna Saraçoğlu, our R&D director introduced our machinery and mentioned about our R&D activities; Emirhan Polat, our Sales Manager of Turkey in Olive Oil Practices mentioned about our sales network across the world; Mehmet Kaya, our ASS Workshop Manager mentioned all operations of after-sales services and Aslı Gültekin, our Mechanical Engineer graduated from ADU and working in our R&D department mentioned about her success story. Then, everyone took their place in lobby for bilateral discussions.
All students asked our colleagues working in our departments many questions about what they will face in their business life. Hundreds of students had the opportunity to have a talk with our departments and we received a lot of applications for internship and employment. On that day, we told the young in the beginning of our presentation that HAUS was established in Aydın and will live in Aydın. This source of life is you and we are here with you for our need for blood. We saw that we were in the rightest place after we attracted the young individuals’ intensive attention at the end of the presentation.
