HAUS After Sales Service Department renders 24/7 continuous with its 70-people expert team to its customers in Turkey and in the world to meet their needs. In different applicationareas, drinkingandwastewatertreatmentplants, food industry, mining operations, processing and obtaining animal - vegetable oils, biogas plants, oil and petroleum derivative waste treatment plants, drilling industry, chemical industry, olive oil continuous systems, dairy plants and other commissioning, maintenance and repair operations of decanter centrifuge and centrifugal separators required by the sectors are performed by our expert team using original spare parts.

With 16 vehicles in our fleet, our 24-people expert team is continuously on the outside field serving our customers. With its 17-people team, our service workshop equipped with the latest technology equipment in ATA Organized Industrial Zoneworkshopproducesthefastest, permanentandsuitable solutions for its customers with its original spare parts.
In order to assemble and commission the products purchased by customers as specified in the technical specifications, the customers are also provided with supervisory service along with the Project and Process sections. In the new processes, in addition to trials with
mobile units, in after-sales commissioning, improvement work for our customers is carried out by our process teams with the purpose of instant measurements by “Mobile Lab”.
The right design tolerances for the spare parts supply, which is the most important part of After Sales Services, ensures the smooth replacement of the parts with the original material and the longevity of the plant. With the Effective Warranty Tracking System that it has developed, it provides fast and uninterrupted supply of spare parts that the customers may need during the warranty period. At the same time, customers are offered a stock of spare parts that is suitable for today's competitive market conditions and that is constantly available, and spare parts sales service both in Turkey and in the world.
Periodic controls of the mechanical condition and operational performance of our customers’ plants can be made through service agreements. Changes suited to planned maintenance and process conditions can not only significantly reduce lost times but also increase production capacity. For that reason, we can provide maintenance and repair services in a way that synchronizes with the maintenance processes of our customers.
Our dealers serving olive oil facilities located in Çanakkale, Muğla, Manisa, Hatay and Kilis ensure that their customers in their own region can operate their facilities uninterruptedly for 7/24 during the season. In addition to carrying out the commissioning activities of the new facilities that join the HAUSfamily, they also serve our customers for the pre-season preparations.
On its way to become a global brand, it provides reliable and uninterrupted service to its customers with its international dealer service network, which has been formed in a way to serve worldwide. In overseas dealer network, trainings are organized periodically in its own workshops in order to provide a reliable and quality service approach to new participant teams. Through the Technical Support Center we have created in our own structure, the questions of our customers and dealers in Turkey and worldwide are replied instantly.
Technical support, spare parts and installation- commissioning services are also provided for the markets they are responsible for. Direct service is provided to Europe with HAUS Europe B.V. from Holland, to ASEAN market with HAUS SEA from Malaysia and to Italian market with HAUS MED from Italy, to Spannish market with HAUS IBERICA from Spain which are established established especially for olive oil applications in Italy.
As of the beginning of 2019, in order to increase the service quality for our customers in Marmara Region and abroad, we will be activating our mission of service in our office in İstanbul with our team of three engineers. Especially in those areas where industrial customers are intense, they will have regular follow-up and proactive activities of our machines. At the same time, we will continue to be the solution partner of our customers for technical support and training activities.
