1. Advanced Washing System: The olives are transported on a conveyor belt in accordance with food regulations and pass through the washing system, which also has an efficient air blower. The olives are well cleaned and excess water is removed before entering the crusher, thus the quality of the oil is improved.
2. New Generation Crushing System: Using a specially developed knife crusher instead of the traditional type crusher, it is possible to extract oil rich in flavour and phenolic components by applying shearing force instead of crushing. In addition, with the nozzle washing system on the front cover, an easy and effective washing is provided.
3. Enhanced Malaxing Process: The malaxer features a new nozzle washing system, larger access windows for easy cleaning, and a user-friendly front panel that displays crucial data such as olive paste temperature, water temperature, and mixing time.
4. Efficient Decanting System: The decanter features the innovative Centipetal Pump Technology, which allows oil level adjustments without stopping the machine and production. The centrifugal system reduces air contact and protects the oil quality. While the centrifugal system and the pressurised oil transfer by pump improve the decantation process, innovative system ensures minimum pomace oil output.

Automated Hygiene Solutions: With the existing automatic CIP (Clean-In-Place) system in the separator, optimum hygiene is ensured in the separator and the time required for cleaning operations is significantly reduced while hygiene is guaranteed at every stage of separation thanks to the use of high stainless steel and contact surfaces that are all in compliance with food standards.
