Glass Vibration Sifter In Olive Oil Production

Basically, the oil and black water coming out of the decanter is removed from small particles by vibration sieving. The solids content in the product fed to the separator is reduced and the efficiency is increased.

What is Glass Vibration Sieve?

Vibration sieve; it is an equipment that purifies the oil and black water coming out of the decanter from small particles in olive oil production. By reducing the solids in the product fed to the separator, its efficiency is increased. Thanks to the glass insulation, the safety of the product is increased, contact with air is reduced and polyphenol values are increased, as well as providing easy traceability to the operation.

Working Principle

The oil and black water coming out of the decanter comes to the vibration sieve. With the vibration effect provided by the motor on the vibration, the small particles in the oil and the sediments formed are kept on the sieve. The oil and black water is collected in the lower reservoir and transferred to the system with the help of the pump.

The Role of Glass Vibration Systems in Quality Olive Oil Production

HAUS glass vibration has been developed to improve product quality and increase customer satisfaction by providing the customer with a product rich in content. It is possible to summarize the advantages of glass vibration as follows:

- In order to protect the product from foreign and harmful substances that may come from external factors, product safety is maximized thanks to the completely closed chamber.

- Thanks to the glass on the vibration, it is aimed to produce olive oil with high polyphenol value by preventing contact with air.

- Thanks to the glazed cover and lighting, the visibility of the product inside the vibration is facilitated.
