HAUS I SERIES DECANTERS AND SEPARATORS IN RENDERING PROCESS IN ENGLAND

Animal by-products not consumed by humans, especially tallow, have an important role in sustainable energy/biodiesel production. Increasing food prices also increase the commercial value of inedible by-products as they can be recycled.

Rendering is a growing and evolving sector. Rendering processes have increased in terms of touching the principles of sustainability and environmental friendliness that have influenced the world in the last few decades, and existing processes have started to turn to companies that act with the principle of respect for nature and are strong in dry & wet separation and can maximize profit by making 2nd pressing.

HAUS I Series decanters are designed to meet CIP requirements, suitable for use in edible product processes in both dry and wet areas. Upon request, equipment suitable for food and hygiene requirements can also be supplied. Especially in wet rendering processes, thanks to our equipment suitable for 2nd pressing, it is possible to provide extra oil recovery and accordingly, it is possible to obtain the final product with high protein content. Moreover, thanks to its compatibility with the Scada system, it is convenient for you to optimize your time and control all your data on a single tablet. In addition to all these, the active production of our products as smart products that can make automatic optimization depending on the high speed, variable conditions depending on the process conditions continues.

In the rendering plant located in the Yorkshire region in England, we serve with high performance in 3 different applications; Blood meal, Bone meal and Tallow. Unlike the system in Turkey, slaughterhouses in the region operate as separate businesses and the companies that process these wastes separately operate as separate businesses. In the facility where we have the highest number of machines in a company locally and globally, the fact that all centrifuge equipment in the processing of animal by-products belongs to HAUS is a strong proof of the trust in our engineering power and our brand by the important global players of the sector.

We serve with our DDI series in bone meal and blood meal processes. Especially in the bone meal process, we have 2 3542 models.

In the tallow oil process (Tallow Oil - Fat Greaves), we offer performance with 4 machines. 4742 and IBA 680 provide separation of oil and solid phases. We also perform 2nd extraction with 4042 + IBA540 separator. Thus, we ensure that the end (final?) product is obtained with high protein content with the extra oil recovery mentioned above.

Just like in our olive oil processes, extra oil recovery in the tallow process is a strong factor that directly affects and increases the operating profit. Moreover, we offer long-lasting use with special abrasion resistance options for processes with high abrasiveness.

Being in the game with Europe's strong players in the rendering industry, which is poised to be one of the most important sectors of the future, is a situation that makes us very pleased to see the fruits of our labor. We know that with our R&D investments that we have strengthened with our expert engineer teams, our brand that is heard more in recycling processes in line with our principle of respect for nature and our approach that supports innovation, we will take more place in this global game, and we thank everyone who contributed to this.
