LOWER ENERGY CONSUMPTION, HIGHER CAPACITY, DRY CAKE
With the mechanical improvements made in the new generation DDE series decanter centrifuges, energy consumption can be reduced up to 30%, feeding capacity can be increased up to 30% and cake dryness can be increased up to 15%.
To reduce the energy requirement, the outlet diameters are made as narrow as possible within the mechanical limits. Thanks to the increased pool depth, a higher pressure is created on the product in the decanter centrifuge and this increases the processing performance.
Thanks to its conical design optimized in accordance with the needs of treatment plants, the bowl with maximum cleaning area has high separation efficiency.
The specially designed conical part compresses the solid better and provides high dewatering due to the pressure and centrifugal force it exerts on the solid. Compared to conventional decanters, the dewatered sludge cake has significantly less humidity, while the polymer consumption is also lower.
