HAUS LABORATORY

In the HAUS Centrifuge Technologies laboratory, process recommendations, performance checks of your equipment, HAUS Mobile Laboratory studies and process-specific machine selection can be made.

Centrifuge technology is used in more than 1000 industries. Centrifuge technology is one of the most effective and fast methods that can be used to separate solid-liquid, liquid-liquid and solid-liquid-liquid mixtures from each other. It is possible to reveal a high value-added component from a mixture by means of centrifuge technology. Separation can be done at macro scales as well as at micro scales. Efficiency of studies done at macro scales can be controlled at micro scales. This requires a laboratory equipped with the necessary equipment and a specialist with high technical knowledge and skills in this laboratory. HAUS Centrifuge Technology can monitor the performance controls and efficiency of its own equipment with its laboratory. HAUS can carry out studies for the integration of the machines it produces into new processes. In the HAUS centrifuge technologies laboratory, process recommendations, performance checks of your equipment, HAUS Mobile Laboratory studies and process-specific machine selection can be made.

LABORATORY PROCESS

Samples come to our laboratory mainly by sales, after-sales services and R&D units.

* The sales department requests samples for control purposes from customers who want to prefer HAUS equipment. From the moment these samples arrive at the HAUS laboratory until the sample test reports are finalized, they are tracked through the systems and archived on the system. Sample controls are carried out by expert teams. According to the results of the analyzes, a detailed report is prepared containing the equipment preferences and possible performance values that should be specific to the sample. If the customer requests, special process suggestions are also offered for the incoming samples by the experienced laboratory staff.

* After-sales services department takes samples from newly commissioned machines and sends them to HAUS Laboratory. The sent samples are checked and the machine is delivered to the customer in a working condition. In addition, samples taken from facilities with performance problems are sent to the HAUS Laboratory by the after-sales services unit, where necessary controls are provided and quick solutions are offered to HAUS customers.

* The working performance of our machines, which will be newly produced by R&D units, or which are currently under development, are first checked in the HAUS Laboratory. As with HAUS employees, continuous improvement continues in its equipment.  With its mobile laboratory, HAUS has the ability to perform on-site controls if deemed necessary. Some samples may need to be checked on site. Thanks to the analyzes made from the instant samples taken at the facility, more performance work of the machines and equipment is ensured.

In this way, HAUS can offer on-site solutions by minimizing the time and economic losses of its customers.
