Could you please introduce yourself and your company?

My name is Jeroen van den Beld, founder and CEO of Septo Biotechniek BV. Septo is dedicated to the design and supply of biological waste water treatment in combination with membrane filtration. A so-called Membrane Bioreactor, or MBR. We do this for various midsized industrial companies mainly in the Netherlands. 

How did you meet HAUS?

I was already in contact with the people from HAUS while they were working at a different supplier but we lost contact. When I was surveying and optimizing a competitors membrane system at one of my Customers I was re-introduced with them because a HAUS maand technical features of the machine and the professionality of the Employers and we started a project together. 

Where and for what purpose is HAUS used in your company?

The excess sludge coming from our MBR systems needs to be dewatered to reduce transport and further treatment costs. In order to achieve this we use HAUS dde series decanter centrifuges for the dewatering of the sludge. Depending on the size of the plant and the nature of their products we design our MBR installation we choose the size of the decanter centrifuge in cooperation with the people in HAUS. 

Why HAUS? What are the advantages with HAUS? 

HAUS is a very flexible company and they have almost all crucial spare parts on stock so in the event of a breakdown we are swiftly assisted. Furthermore the people know what they are talking about and assist us in the design stage of a project with advise and potential alternative solutions.

Would you like to add anything about the sector and market?

The market in the Netherlands is a very mature and therefore competitive market so the projects are quite scarce and heavily sought fore. Because of this you must be on top of all potential clients and you cannot afford to make any mistakes. Reliable and trustworthy suppliers are key to be able to be successful.
