HAUS, located in Aydın, Turkey, continues to grow to meet the needs of its sector and Customers in the developing world. While all investments lost speed and even stopped in 2020, the period of pandemic and economy was damaged, HAUS continued to make investments without slowing down. So, we launched our branch which had been previously planned to be operated in the south, in Adana. That is how we took an important step in getting contact with our Customers increasing in number each day in a faster and easier way, in enhancing Customer loyalty and ensuring the continuity and increase of our commercial activities.

The main reason why we preferred Adana to establish a branch is that Adana is in the optimum point in the region because of the increase in the number of machines operating in industry group, dairy application, treatment plants each day in addition to the oil extraction plants in the region, and geographical distribution of our Customers and logistic opportunities that the city provides and opportunities to find qualified personnel to Employ. By establishing a branch in the region, we seized the opportunity to be closer to our Customers in the region and to provide faster response to incoming service requests by saving time.

Spare parts stock is kept in accordance with the machinery park in the region and part deliveries can be completed within very short time in line with the demands of our Customers in our warehouse in Adana branch which started its operations in 2020 February. Therefore, the time loss which can be experienced on the road or transportation firm’s processes has been prevented and the needs of the machines have started to be met in a much shorter time. Thus, our Customer satisfaction has increased significantly. We visit our Customers in the region and try to respond their demands, needs and requests, in my position as a regional manager. We have adopted the principle of expanding our service network in the region and increasing our service quality within the framework of our opinion that “a company without service cannot have a commercial life”. I would like to thank all my teammates who put their efforts in the establishment of Adana branch. I wish everyone good luck by thinking that we will bring a new breath, a new excitement to the region as HAUS.

After your machine arrives, the first thing to do is to open the packaging of the machine and check whether there is any damage or deficiency on it. The equipment you have delivered should be kept in a closed and safe environment away from moisture, heat, and humid environments. To be sure that the documents such as usage, operating manual, electrical project sent to you with the machine will not be lost, you should make sure that you secure such documents. You should make sure that the set of tools are correct and complete, and that you keep such tools in a suitable place for use when necessary. You should contact the project department for installation and after your installation is complete, you should contact HAUS After Sales Services for commissioning.
It is recommended that you contact HAUS for such needs. To avoid any possible problems, your existing system is analyzed by HAUS Sales and Project teams and if necessary, needed changes are made and adapted to your system.
